Where: Be as specific as possible. "New York" is not specific. "Madison Square Garden" is for the win!
Cost: Nothing sucks more than being a thin penny short.
Website: Are they online? If so, linkey plz!
Deadline: When's the registration deadline?
Additional Info: Any other additional information you can provide will be welcomed by all those interested in attending. This can include transportation info, required items, what's expected, and schedule of planned events, to just name a few ideas.
